Agreement/Liability Form Preview
Pets are accepted for grooming only under the following circumstances:
The pet is fit and healthy, Grooming which takes place on an elderly or infirm pet will be at the owner's risk. Grooming may expose pre-existing health\skin conditions for which Paws At Home LLC cannot be held liable.
The pet's rabies vaccine is up to date (as required by law).
The home is non-smoking and safe.
Payment is to be made at the time of service. Payment can be cash, credit card, or Venmo. Our rates are based on the weight and amount/condition of hair and the duration of the groom. Any part of the service that is too stressful for the pet or too dangerous for the groomer will be excluded.
If fleas are found there will be a $35 cleaning charge.
Removing a matted/pelted coat will dramatically alter your pet's appearance. This procedure may expose pre-existing health\skin problems for which Paws At Home LLC House Call Dog Grooming cannot be held liable. If your pet is severely matted, you will be required to sign the neglected coat release.
I, the client, agree to provide a remotely quiet space with minimal distraction.
Paws At Home LLC has the right to stop services if the dog or groomer's safety is in danger.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet or client for any reason.
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. It will be applied to the cost of the groom.
1. Cancellations
Cancellation and rescheduling of an appointment, by the client, requires 48 hours notice to roll over or refund your deposit.
In the event of inclement weather, a family emergency, or any other uncontrollable circumstance, the groomer has the discretion to waive the fee within the 48 hour period.
We follow the Cuyahoga Falls Public Schools closures as they pertain to inclement weather. We try to work as long as conditions are not dangerous. If schools are closed, you might be called to reschedule.
2. No-Shows
It is considered a "no-show" when the client is not available at the scheduled appointment time and does not contact the groomer to cancel or reschedule.
A "no-show" results in the loss of deposit. Please make every effort to call and cancel or reschedule when possible to avoid such situations.
3. Property Damage
I agree to save and hold harmless Paws At Home LLC from any service resulting in property damage, mess, current or pre-existing.
I, the client, agree to waive Paws At Home LLC of liability in the event I or Paws At Home LLC employee is injured in the process of assisting with a service. Assisting with a service will be discouraged by Paws At Home LLC.
I, the client, agree to cover any equipment damage caused by myself, my pet, friends, or family.
Paws At Home LLC takes the care of your pet very seriously. We do our very best to give your pet the best care possible.. My top priorities are providing the safest, most comfortable grooming experience possible as well as establishing a positive relationship with your pet(s).
